Our Association is open to membership by any and all soldiers that were ever assigned to or eagerly worked with Battery A - no matter what the unit  was called at the time. Many of our longest surviving members served with the battery in Europe and the Pacific during World War II; and many others have seen separate action in Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, and/or Iraq.  Included in our ranks are present and former COs, XOs, FOs, 1SGs, Smokes, cooks, clerks, charts & darters, ammo handlers, and of course, those most unforgettable gun-bunnies! Some of us stayed with the artillery our whole careers, and some of us left to go on to other things. Nonetheless, we are all artillerymen - stubborn as all get out and deaf as a stone!

Day to day operations are handled by the Association's Executive Board. Here the primary Association officers handle all the mundane and critical tasks for the well-being of all. These elective positions are renewed each year by majority vote of the entire A Battery Association. For further information about the Executive Board just click this link.
